How to Find Out the Problem of Sertag Electronic Shelf Label(ESL)?
Each electronic shelf label has an ID code (no location code), and each type of product has a commodity code. Customers generally have a location arrangement code (customer management system comes with or purchased separately) in the product display or display area. These three codes are bundled together through the management system, and the position of the label is the position of the commodity category under normal circumstances. The commodity has a specific store and code in the ERETAIL system.
If the electronic shelf labels have not been worked, it will indicate that it is free; if there is a problem with an electronic price tag, it will indicate that the ESL is offline. A search method is to find the problematic electronic shelf labels through the commodity bound to the ESL, and then further check the reason for the disconnection of the e-ink price tag.
